Do you prefer the Chihuly daytime or the nighttime tour? We are planning to go early October. Also, has anyone had 'Seated Tea' in the DeGolyer restaurant?

There are two times for the night time tours. (Evenings are preferable because of the hot Texas sun in August.) The first showing allows for walking around in the fading light and find parking closer, however the glass sculptures aren't lit up yet since there still is daylight. Best if you want to see both the gardens and the sculptures. The later entrance allows you to see the sculptures lit up with flood lights after a nice sunset. Both are beautiful and provide wonderful photo possibilities.
I would label this exhibit - A must see!
Thanks Debbie- I want to do both! I've seen his exhibit in Oklahoma City! Amazing!
