The only question I can answer is we have had dinner at Trattoria No. 10 and enjoyed it very much. the food was excellent but it is noisey.
When ever I have out of town company I always take them to the Garden Restaurant at the Art Institute. The location and atmosphere can't be beat. (I pretend I am in Paris.) The food is good too.
I was disappointed in Trattoria #10. Husband and I did the happy hour on Friday once with the bar buffet and loved it. However, we took clients there for dinner last year and were not impressed. My vegetarian ravioli was dry and overcooked on the edges. Husband had fish dish which was bland.
