Has anyone stayed at the Cheat River Lodge in Elkins, WV? My husband and I are thinking of renting one of their riverside cabins, and I was wondering if anyone has any comments about the place. Thanks!

Restos in Boca Raton

I stayed at there about 7 years ago. The name of the rental property was "The Treehouse." It was very clean and rustic (no tv or phone). A very nice getaway from the city.
Shannon,
My husband and I stayed at one of the river lodges several years back. It was very nice & clean. Rustic, no phone or TV, and I believe it may have had well water. The hot tub was on the deck, riverside. It snowed while we were there and it was nice to sit in the hot tub on the snow covered deck. From what I understand you need to reserve these cabins well in advance, they are popular.
