I like the Hawaiiana. It is all one level, located very close to the beach and quite adequate. Sorry, I don't know the other two properties.

The Hawaiiana (your favorite) was on one of the morning news shows here. It appears to be a nice place.
They interviewed the manager and some of the guests. They all said that the construction in the area was hardly noticable.
