Charleston, SC - French Quarter Inn or Vendue Inn

We are traveling with 2 teenagers. Mobility not a problem. Is FQI or Vendue Inn better? We have a 2 Queen Junior Suite reserved at Vendue Inn for the same price we would get a 2 queen room at French Quarter Inn. Both have complimentary breakfast and similar other perks. Any advice?
