change of terminals at JFK, terminal 8 to 5
my sis is travelling with kids, she is moving to US, she has around 6 bags. she will land at JFK terminal 8 in Qatar airways but then she has to travel to terminal 5 to got to Orlando in jetblue, I assume she will be changing terminals through airtrain, but is there any way that she can get her baggage in Orlando instead of taking it terminal 8 and bringing all the way to terminal 5, if no is there any way to higher someone in helping to pic those heavy bags with her on trolley. or any other easy way, she can not carry those huge bags along kids. thanks

After Immigration, when she picks up her luggage at the carousel she can put it on a cart - or probably 2 carts with so much luggage and take it out through Customs that way. How old are the children. Is any one of them old enough to push one of the carts (I really don;t think 6 bags will fit on one).
She has to check with her first airline to see if they can check all of the way through to Orlando but I don't think they are partners and so she is stuck with the luggage.
We have taken the luggage carts out to the parking lot to put the luggage in our trunk.
I don;t know if luggage carts can be taken onto the Airtrain, but I doubt it. She should check the airport web site to see if this is possible. And if none of the children can push a cart she is really in trouble.
If the children are really young and she needs to watch them all the time then I think she should have someone meet her in JFK to help deal with the luggage after customs and help her take it and the kids to Orlando.
Also note that she will need several dollar bills to rent the carts near the luggage carousel.
How many kids and what ages are they?
(IMHO it would be much better to ship most of this stuff ahead to Orlando instead of trying to drag it on a plane with kids. There is no way I would even attempt this with small kids.)

Yes.
Qatar and Jet Blue have an interline baggage agreement. When she first checks's in before leaving home she should inform the Qatar airlines of her final destination at orlando, and provide the Jet Blue flight info.
They should be able to check the bags to Orlando. SHe will need to pick up the bags and pass through customs, but she will be able to drop the bags off immediately after passing through customs at T8.
