Catskill, NY lodging

Hello: Looking to spend a fall wkend in the Catskill area (Hunter/Windam Mts.) or close by to these areas. Most of the reviews I come across for lodging are really bad. Words such as "old, moldy,worst" keep showing up in travelers reviews. Does anyone know of decent hotels in this area of NY? Much appreciated.

Are you deadest on staying in a hotel? There are lots of very nice B&B Inns in that area which are perfect for a long weekend, especially if you are looking for a quiet romantic interlude.

This place is adorable and has great rates, the host is awesome;

If you need a larger place for a group of 6, I have another great listing for you (more $$$ of course). It includes a private waterhole and waterfall.
