Castle Rock Lake

My family is going to be in the Castle Rock Lake area over Labor Day weekend. Does anyone have any good restauarant or 'things to do' recommendations? We will hopefully all arrive Friday afternoon & leave Monday morning. Weather permitting we are going to try to find a boat to rent. Any recommendations on where to rent one?
