When does this park open? (no info on webpage) Going this Sunday, when would be the earliest to arrive that morning? Is this the best beach to go to? State park would be nice, just looking to lay out on the beach most of the day and relax. Driving from Baltimore, would stay in the area til late/after dinner before driving back. Prob go to Rehoboth in the late afternoon/evening.

Don't know what time it opens, but I'd guess 8-9 a.m. There's lots of parking, but the earlier you get there the closer you'll get to the entrance to the beach.
Not sure what you mean by "best" beach, but it's nice, though likely to get crowded on Sunday if the weather's nice. They have a bath house with showers but the place can get pretty funky by the end of the day.
While you are right there you may want to stop in Lewes, a darling town with cute shops and great ice cream.
