I stayed at a cheap, clean hotel in NO for Jazz Fest last year -- I think it was an EconoLodge (but not totally sure). It was on Flower St., I believe, and located near or around the French Quarter.

New Orleans 411 and the Yellow Pages had no sign of it. Does anyone know if it's still around? Thanks.

I don't know of a Flower Street in New Orleans. Can you be specific about things this hotel may have been near? Currently, it's so vague I doubt we can help!

I am also drawing a blank on Flower Street. I checked the phone book, and the only Econo Lodge listed is on Chef Menteur Highway which isn't near the Quarter. Of course, hotels change names with wind around here.

A few years ago my family and I stayed at The Inn On Bourbon Street. It was very nice and the price was right. It had a cozy courtyard and a balcony you could sit out on and view Bourbon Street. I hope it's still there.

Yep, the info I have is very vague -- unfortunately (or fortunately) I had such a good time last year that much of the details are fuzzy.

All I can remember is that it was a lodge, and that it was on Flower St./Drive/Ave. and it was near the middle of the city ...

According to my map, no such street as Flower. Karen, you're out of luck unless you can provide a better address!
