Can't choose a place in wine country, please help!
hi, please help! my fiance & i are going to wine country for our honeymoon and can't decide between 3 places: petit logis, yountville inn, and bordeaux house. we're looking for a romantic but simple place that is convenient for just walking around and taking pictures. do you have any feedback on those places or any suggestions for others? thank you so much!

Congrats on the pending knot tying!
All three are located in good "walking around" locations in Y'ville. Even better if you're biking around.
We've stayed at the Bordeaux House 2-3 times and really like it. We stay there for our anniversary.
Large room, love seat, table chairs, wood burning fireplace w/ gas starter, big bathroom/tub, patio.
I think they may have smaller rooms (water tower) so if you chose it, make sure you ask for an upstairs larger room.
You are given a key to the main lobby so at night you can come down and have Port, Cognac, Sherry nightcap.
Breakfast in the morning.
The Petit Logis is just that, "petit". We stuck our heads in there for a peek and we'd stay there if we didn't already like BH and the Railway Inn.
Yountville Inn is also a very nice place. Lovely grounds.
We like stuck our heads in there too for possible future references.
There are also a few other nice ones, all within walking distance to each other.
Good luck. I don't think you could go wrong w/ any of these places.
A lot of good bars/restaurants within walking distance to all 3 places.

My wife and I celebrated our 17th anniversary last summer in Napa Valley. We stayed at the Wine Country Inn and had a great time. The staff was outstanding and the Inn was very charming. The evening wine tastings were excellent (the appertizers were delicious). The Inn is in St Helena and off the beaten path a little, so there isn't a lot to walk to. I'm not familiar with the places you mentioned, but Napa, as well as, Sonoma are pretty spreadout. We drove a lot, bikes are also a good way to get around. Checkout some of the other postings. There's a lot of information

We stayed at Yountville Inn last May. The rooms are huge with fireplace and high ceilings. Some have patios or balconies. The continental breakfast included in the room is the best continental breakfast I have ever had. The choices are extensive with a nice selection of coffees and teas. It was walking distance to a handful of nice restaurants. We really liked the central location.
