Can I use EZ Pass on 05 NY to FL?

How far south can I use my E-Z Pass on I-95 from NY to FL?

Yes, through Maryland, and I don't remember hitting any tolls after Maryland last time I did that drive.

You should be fine your whole trip, unless you plan on using the Florida Turnpike (not I-95)once you are down there.

Absolutely right. You're all set for the whole way until you get to the FL Turnpike. They should get with the program. I think that FL actually has 2, yes 2, different types of passes, none of which are good in other states. What are they thinking???

Just be careful with your speed when going through the E-Z Pass toll booth. My son, who took his father's car to NJ received a "warning" (well actually my husband received the letter) for going 25 miles per hour through the toll. Who knew? If it happens again, they can revoke our pass for 6 months!
