Camellia Grill to open branch in the French Quarter

This is wonderful news. No longer will we have to travel Uptown to taste the best omelettes in the city:

But will they recreate the ambiance and the wait staff (just as good as the omelettes)?

I agree with sf - recreating that ambiance sometimes it si impossible.

I loved chili cheese omelette and the pecan pie and pecan waffles....

They claim it will have the same atmosphere, but I doubt it. I'll probably go once just to say I've been, but revert back to the original after that.
