Is Californian Adventure going to be okay for a 5, 6, and 8 year old. I know the 5 year old probably will not be able to go on some rides but when I read something in the tour books it sounded like it is more for older kids. That does not seem right since the theme is Cars, Frozen etc.

A lOT of it is It is geared to little ones -- I Think I explained CA on one of your other threads.

CarsLand, everything Frozen, Bugs Life, Little Mermaid, Monsters Inc. . . . lots for young children

Basically- I think the book says that comparing it to Disneyland. The 2 headliner rides are closer to what you'd see at another theme park. And there's a California boardwalk theme that (probably) is more attractive to kids who aren't into princesses. But I actually think in terms of play areas and details that CA is really well themed for the little ones- it's a really impressive park and I think the number of rides they would not be able to ride is similar in number, if not fewer, than the rides they would not be able to ride at DL.
