Those interested in the outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, camping or wildlife, may be interested to know that the giant outdoors retailer Cabela's just opened its newest store east of Wheeling, WV, on Interstate 70. It's hoped this will draw millions of visitors not only to the store but to other tourist attractions in the area, which include Oglebay Park and Resort, Historic Bethany, Wheeling Downs, Victorian Old Town, and W.Va. Independence Hall, among other sites.
(No, I'm not a spokesperson for any of the foregoing, just an local yokel who hopes you'll visit our area!)
Cabela's (along I-70, Wheeling, WV) Now Open

LOL You know how Homer Simpson drools and goes catatonic when he says "bacon"? Well that's how DH is when he says "Cabelas".

Since we're way too far away, he'll have to settle for the mailbox busting catalogs!
