It sure is! Both Bouchons are connected to the French Laundry. Both Bouchons have the same food, same menu. The one big difference is that the Bouchon in Vegas is a lot more spacious, so you're not bumped up against the next table of patrons.
I have not eaten at Kellers resturaunt in Napa, but I have eaten at Bouchon in LV. I had the flatiron steak and eggs breakfast. Food was served cold, wait staff was confused, and high prices that were not justified. Overall, I was not impressed but will try dinner menu next time.
We've eaten twice at Bouchon in Yountville and loved it. It is too bad to hear the negative remarks about the one in Vegas.
