Bristol Bay fishing camp recommendations...or other not "over-fished" areas

Looking in some of the areas that may not be overfished, and ran upon Bristol Bay. There may be others. This is for a family with teen sons 19 and 17, so not babes.

Want decent weather, no shoulder season. safety, nice enough place, doesn't need to be plush, decent food doesn't need to be gourmet. SAFETY is obviously huge.

Any recommendations there or any other Alaskan area that is not overfished
