I just returned from Boston and have to give the Eliot Suites Hotel a rave. Gorgeous separate bedroom/sitting room, wonderful, courteous service, nice Commonwealth/Back Bay location. Close to the Hynes Convention Center T stop and the Duck Tours at Prudential. Newbury Street around the corner. I had mentioned that my 6 year old was on his first Boston trip and upon arrival we found waiting a beautiful white teddy bear and a stack of chocolate cookies. Plus I got a great rate through Expedia of $195 per night, which seemed very competitive even for much more questionable hotels. And they sent us to Antonio's on Cambridge Street, where my son fell in love with the pasta carbonara. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boston.
