My SO would like to play golf in Biloxi but we're limited to the week beginning February 18th. I've looked at the February weather and see that the best we're likely to get is 60 degrees. I don't always feel I get the best info from the weather sites, though, and would like a more personal opinion on it.
Will it at least be sunny? Is mid-February at all decent for golf? And aside from the casinos, is there anything else to do in Biloxi?
And how about Myrtle Beach? I know it's farther north but what do you think the weather will be like there mid-Feb? Golf-ish?

You can play golf in any weather. And there is no way to know, as I'm sure you are aware.
We go to Litchfield in the winter, and last year the lagoon froze over and the herons were "walking on water"!!
Depends on how you like to golf. In colder areas people often play gold as long as the course isn't covered by snow.'
But no - Myrtle Beach is likely to be colder in Feb.
Well, in fact it's not always true that you can play golf in any weather. It wouldn't apply in this case, of course, but he's not able to play when it's hot because of a medical condition. And there's really not much point in our spendng vacation time and money to go to Mississippi or South Carolina so he can play golf in cold, wet weather. He's just not that dedicated a golfer.
We also have an opportunity to go to Arizona for that week and I know it will be warm and dry there but it's also a more expensive trip and we'll use more time getting there and back. We'd rather stay on this side of the continent and for a variety of other reasons Biloxi or Myrtle Beach work best, geographically, for us.

He'd be fine with temps in the mid 60s if it was dry. Sunny would be nice.

Thanks, Brian. I have the feeling this trip isn't going to work out for us.
I lived there for 2 winters - the first was nice but the second was unusually cloudy/grey, wet and cold. But that was in a strong El Nino year (or La Nina, I don't remember which).
I'd say if you want warm/sunny/dry then Arizona would be the more sure bet. But you could check the long range outlook for the winter and see what it says about Biloxi in terms of difference from a normal winter.
