My husband and I are taking our 12 month old to Bethany Beach for a week in June. We'll be staying at Sea Colony. Can you recommend any restaurants (eat in or carry out) that will make us all happy? Any and all trip reports are welcome!

An informal place is the Cottage Cafe that has a family atmosphere. It's a small place, prices are decent, and the food is good, from what I've had. I've been there a few times, but my sis goes there every time she's down there which is at least 8 times a year. It's a minute or so away.

There's a few places right at the shopping center at Sea Colony. I ate at one place, but I don't remember the name. It was good, but pricey if I remember correctly.
There is also several fast food places like Subway, McDonald's, and Grotto's Pizza is very popular, if you're looking for a quick fix.

Thank you djkkk! I have been to Big Fish and loved it! I'm also thinking that I may need to find a place or two (market or restaurant) to bring food in a night or two... we'll have a full kitchen.
I think we took the exact same trip when my DD was around that age.
There is a place right by the big Sea Colony apartment complexes that is a crab shack. It was great. Very casual.
Ditto on the Cottage Cafe. There's also a pizza place in the Sea Colony shopping center place that was good. And they have those jumping fountains there that entertain the kids.
