Bethany Beach - Crowded the last two weeks of August?

My husband, myself, and my two kids aged 8 and 3 are thinking of renting a unit at Sea Colony for the week of August 15th. I'm worried about how crowded it'll be. We went for a week in mid-July last year and it didn't think it was too crowded then, so will it be better or worse in mid-August?
