We've been to Qua three times and loved it. However, this time not staying at Caesars and thinking of trying another (Aria, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, ?). I'm staying mid-strip so would like to keep it in that general area.

There a number of very good spas in Las Vegas. Over the years my wife has enjoyed even some off strip places - and of course - such places as the Bellagio - and lastly the Wynn - (we also toured the adjacent Encore - very nice too).
I did some checking a year or so ago - and really - I think it all depends on what "treatments" you want - and where they have the best deals.
Here is a list. http://www.lasvegas-how-to.com/top-10-las-vegas-spas.php
