Best Vegas Restaurants - Buffets and famous chef operated

Hi.
We will be in Las Vegas for 2 and 1/2 days at the end of a one week national parks trip at the end of June. We would like go to the best buffet for dinner one night. Any ideas? Also, we would like to dine at one of the famous chef operated restaurants. Would love to get your recommendations. I am a "Top Chef Masters" viewer and see that there are several with Vegas restaurants. Anyone dined at Hubert Keller's or Rick Moonan's restaurants. Thanks for your help!!!

My favorite breakfast spot is Bouchon, Thomas Keller's restaurant. Todd English's Olives would be great Lunch or Dinner spot. If you want to go all out eat at Joel Robuchon or his L'Atelier. I prefer the L'Atelier, they server small plate's but most seat's are counter/bar type so you will be sitting next to people you don't know... I have not ate at any of Hurbert's places, I wanted to go to his san francisco restaurant on my last visit but didn't fit it in. Good Luck!

Thanks for your recommendations. JoshuaRay - I forgot to mention also that one nite we are going to the Cirque Love show. My 20 year old nephew will be on the trip also. Any show recommendations for the younger crowd. He has never been to Vegas. Thanks again.

If you've got a choice of only one dinner buffet, I'd opt between the Paris Le Village (at the Paris casino) or the one at Bellagio.

Wicked Spoon Buffet at the Cosmopolitan is the new buffet-to-beat in Las Vegas, with Wynn and Bellagio fighting it out for 2nd place. Paris seems to have gone downhill ever since Harrah's took over.

I second the rec for Bouchon, esp for breakfast. But I like it at dinner too.

The Wynn and Bellagio usually are the best rated buffets, and I would go to either one of those over Paris. The Wicked Spoon is also supposed to be very good, but I haven't been there yet.
