best rates for transportation and attractions in london

I will be in london for 4 full days before going to southampton. what would be my best options oyster or the london pass with travel, or travel card? we also want to go to windsor castle but aren't sure what form of transport.
we are interested in seeing about 7 attractions have already been to tower of london a few years ago.
also is the mega bus the best way to southampton cost wise. going out on a cruise there.
