Best (moderately priced) Italian in Vegas?
My wife and I are heading down to Vegas and were looking for an excellent Italian restaurant to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. We're not big drinkers so it doesn't need to have an amazing wine list, nor are we huge on seafood. Ideally, it would have great atmosphere, great service, and moderately priced. I guess something like $30/entree would be the upper limit.
I took a quick scan through and noticed that Canaletto in the Venetian seemed interesting. Any thoughts on this place?
I anxiously await your suggestions.
Thanks!

I would avoid the Orleans.. I find it to be a horrid property - very smokey - far out - where are you staying?
We like Canaletto at the Ventian - nothing remarkable but good - and the atmosphere is great.

Canaletto is very nice; Atmosphere is nice, service (when I was there) was excellent, food is very good, and prices are reasonable. If you ask in advance, you can probably get a table on the patio, and watching people go by the canal area is very entertaining.
