I'd like to find some place scenic, friendly, and preferably with a huge hot tub or jacuzzi. Any suggestions?

Can you be more specific? If you're looking for a B&B in the Hermann, MO area, then try Healing Stone Retreat and Spa. I've stayed here before and would go again. They have a hottub and I think the bathrooms or at least one has a jacuzzi. The Hermann area is quaint, not very big, and sits alongside the Missouri River. Cute shops and several nice wineries. You can't get lost in this town, believe me. It's south of I-70, near Kady Trail or Rt 100 following out from St Louis. Hope this helps.
Ste. Genevieve, on the Mississippi, is scenic, has nice B&B's and wineries, though is not in central wine area that includes Augusta and Hermann.
