Beaches on the way from Orlando to Orange Park, Florida

A friend of mine is driving from Orlando to Orange Park, Florida. What's the best beach along the way? Would they have facilities for changing (showers, etc.)?

Many thanks!

Orlando to Orange Park (via I-4, I-95 & I-295 I assume?) is all inland. How far off the interstate (i.e. out of the way) does your friend want to go?

How far would she have to go? More than an hour?

About 20-30 minutes east, toward the ocean and away from I-95. Some options include Daytona Beach and Crescent Beach (I-95, exit 298) near St. Augustine. New Smyrna Beach is reached off I-4 north of Orlando & Sanford.

Sorry, I don't know anything about facilities for changing. To be safe, you should assume no facilities are available.
