Beach Vacation

Jump to last reply

Since I need a break from work and the city I'm trying to plan a weekend getaway.
Right now I'm think of heading down to jersey, perhaps a nice place along shore but not too far from the city. Any suggestions? So far I've look into Sandy Hook, the Avon-by the sea and in-between areas. If worth it I'm willing to go down further south, I really don't care as long as I stay is clean, affordable, and near a nice beach and scenery. And, if i can find a combination of recreational activities during day and night: fishing and a good nightlife (possibly a good club near by). **I know everything can't be walking distance, so I'm planning to drive, as far as logging i don't need extra amenity all i need is a nice room.

Currently i haven't found anything? Do you know of a hotel/inn that would meet my requirements?
