RUDY'S! They sell the meat and sides by weight, and you eat off paper towels. It's REALLY good, especially the ribs!

County Line BBQ is also good.
Don't go to Bill Miller.
Another vote for County Line. Very good, and they have a location on the Riverwalk, which is alot of fun.
Another vote for RW County Line. We liked the BBQ a lot.
Didn't make it to Rudy's but I did see it on the Food Network. It seemed to be a local favorite.
RUDY'S. North side of San Antonio on IH-10.
I'll side with the Rudy's crowd. GREAT stuff -- wonderfully deep-seated smoke character.
I could eat Rudy's BBQ every day!
