Ballastone inn vs Hamilton turner inn savannah

Can only find very old posts regarding these inns. Has anyone stayed at either recently? In looking on the web I have found info that Hamilton turner is for sale. Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well. Initially thought I would stay at Ballastone.
