Atlantic City Restaurants

Hi..I am looking for a great place for steak or italian food. It is my sister's 50th birthday and I would like to pick up the tab. I hear the Reserve and Knife and Fork Inn are two great places. Can anyone give me other suggestions or comment on those two restaurants. Thank you!
