Aspen restaurant help
We will be staying in Aspen at the St. Regis for three nights. We would like a mix of different types of food each night. and not concerned about budget. Also, we want to be able to walk from the St. Regis.
Would you help me decide? (or if I missed a great one, let me know!)
Pacifica
Syzygy
Elevations
Cache Cache
Montagna
Olives
Wild Fig
Pinons

Last January, we ate at Jimmy's American Bar, Mezzaluna and Pacifica, then my husband and his friends also ate at Pinons and some other places. We really enjoyed Jimmy's (food and atmosphere), but my husband said the steaks were even better at Pinons. Our meal at Pacifica (I had whole lobster, others did not) was excellent. The service was very friendly, not at all stuffy. Mezzaluna (which isn't on your list anyway) is more of a casual pizza and paste place.
They're all walking distance from the St. Regis.
