ASAP - Eureka Springs, AR

Help!
I'm trying to decide where to stay in Eureka Springs and there are so many places that all look the same that I can't decide....
I want unique, walking distance to downtown area, and jacuzzi. Does anyone have any suggestions, or personal preferences? Or know of any deals? I'm wanting to stay under $130.00 a night too. No commercial places please.
By the way, this will be Labor Day weekend so I'm wanting to get it booked soon.
Thanks!!

I stayed there in 1994, actually in Eureka Springs Village.

Try a condo. Or weekly rental. A great place to be!

Try Sherwood Court. Great hosts. Not walking distance to downtown but there's a trolley. Nice, friendly, clean place!

You might try the Flatiron Flats. http://www.eureka-net.com/flatiron/. This location is unique, in the downtown area, and has jacuzzi tubs in the rooms. We were very pleased with the accommodations and location. I'm not sure what the prices are over Labor Day but it seems like we paid less than $130 per night.
