Arlington (TX) Area Eats For Road Trip Crew

My friends and I are going on our annual baseball stadium road trip in a few weeks. We don't have much time in Dallas, but we're going to tour Cowboys Stadium before seeing the Rangers play at night.

We're looking for a good lunch spot that's somewhat in the area (within 15 min drive) of the stadiums. Either a good local sports bar or a good Tex-Mex spot. Don't like national franchises but I understand Texas has a lot of "local-chains" which we're open to.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
