apartment on site of Sparhawk resort in Ogunquit

Sparhawk now has opening for 1 week in Sept.No ocean view however newly refurbished over the winter.The apartment steps onto Shore Road and the Marginal Way. We would like the convience of MW because we are big morning walkers. First trip to Maine for our 25th, has anyone stayed in this apartment? Anyone planning on canceling reservations in Oqunguit Sept 8th-15th with an oceanview near Marginal Way? I need help. Thanks alot
