I read some past posts but was wondering about any recent suggestions for a good dinner spot in Gatlinburg. There seem to be a lot of ice cream, donut, sweet shops etc. but what about a place for a good decent meal?
Do the restaurants have their own parking spaces or do you have to find street parking? I hear there is a lot of heavy traffic downtown and was wondering about the parking situation too.
Any Decent Restaurants in Gatlinburg?

I like Hard Rock Cafe(I know I know). It seems better than the rest of them. Plus, they take reservations, so your not stuck in a line for an eternity. You better believe the traffic!!!
Old Mill Pottery Barn or Old Mill Restaurant is ok. Although my last meal there was underwhelming.
Apple Barn is ok.
There is nothing there really that great, just typical southern type cooking, bbq, fried fish, etc.
No. Knoxville is nearby and has some good restaurants.
I vote for Tomato Head in Knoville
