Another "where to eat" question for Santa Fe

I know, I know... I did do a search. I've spent the last few hours reading about all the restaurants and hi-lighting them in my book.
And now I'm overwhelmed.

I'll be in Santa Fe for Christmas, on my own. When travelling on my own, I don't like to linger over a meal, or fine dine..
so I'm looking for somewhere to go on Christmas Day that will be more casual, but where I can still have a good meal, with out getting dressed up, or fussing too much.

Any ideas? Would Los Mayas be a good choice? I'd like Old Mexican food or good SW food.

Maybe "The Shed" if it's open ...

Cowgirl Hall of Fame?

If you aren't tied to the type of food, we had lunch at a really nice but casual place called Dominic's Cafe near the railyard area but on the main drag. The food was delicious, the place was very pleasant, the people were really nice, etc.

Here's a link to TripAdvisor reviews:

kodi, you've got mail!

First, call to see who will be open for Christmas dinner. That will narrow the playing field. And don't worry about dressing up. Santa Fe is not a dressy community but yet casual chic, I guess you would call it.

Los Mayas is good.

Other favorites are:

The Shed
Tia Sophia's
Cafe Pasqual's -- they have a community table that is enjoyable and lot's of conversation if you wish to participate
The Pink Adobe
Tomasita's
Guadalupe Cafe

Hope that helps you get started.

You guys are the best! I've made note of all these places.
I'll be there for 5 days, so will be able to try a few.

Thanks very much. My mouth is watering already!!
