Are you staying in Anaheim for the whole week? The only "must do" in Anaheim is Disney - or maybe an Angels game if they are at home that week.

Are you asking about things to see/do in Southern California in general, or just in Anaheim?

You could drive to the coast and visit some of the OC beaches (Laguna, Huntington, Balboa Island etc). If you don't have a car there is a tour "OC Beach Bus Tour" which leaves from the Anaheim Visitor Center.

There are some shopping areas like Downtown Disney and Anaheim Garden Walk.

You can take daytrip bus tours into LA, but most people will recommend you break up your stay between Anaheim and LA given the distance between the two and the expanse of LA itself.

There are also other theme parks around the OC area: California Adventure Park, Knott's Berry Farm.

Or you could head down to San Diego for a few nights or take day trips to Sea World, Legoland or the zoo.

What are you interested in seeing? Do you like beaches, theme parks, history, shopping etc? Will you be driving/hiring a car or relying on transport?

Anaheim is NOT someplace you want to spend a week. Other than Disney there is little to do - and getting to places where there are is quite time-consuming.

I would do the research on what you want to see/do - then decide what town to stay in (so you don;t spend most of your vacation on packed freeways).
