If you go to amtrak.com and click on the station list, Milwaukee Airport does come up on the list.

Thanks. Had input MKE and that seems to be towards Downtown. Didn't even see that there was a listing for the airport.
Based on the website, there is a shuttle that runs from Amtrak to the rental cars. Does anyone know if the shuttle keeps running until the last train gets into the station or does it stop when the station closes. I am looking at taking the last train getting in at 9:40 (station closes at 10) then taking the shuttle to Avis.
