Hi, I am taking the train from Philly to Orlando and need to know if when I get off the train there will be any car rentals close by or if I need to take a taxi to the car rental area. I have never taken Amtrak to Orlando before so I am not sure where exactly in Orlando it will drop me off and where I can get a car. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
Amtrak from Philly to Orlando, where can I get a car rental in Orlando?

Hi Carol...I took Amtrak from Orlando to NYC several years ago just for the experience...anyway, the train station in Orlando is on Sligh Blvd., which is not convenient to anything...there's a taxi service in Orlando called Abel's (407)812-6348...most of the car rental agencies are on site at Orlando's airport or in the general vicinity thereof on Jetport Road, McCoy Road, and Semoran Blvd. (436)...I'm sure there are sites in town though...just call their 800 #'s for an address...or try calling the station at (407)425-9411...the station does have limited hours, though...post back if you want for more info.
National advertises that they have sites on some of the Disney properties-maybe others do too. I would check-maybe you can just take a cab to your hotel and get a rental from there. Also, I know Enterprise "delivers" cars to the renters, so check and see if they are in Orlando
Hertz rent a car is right at the amtrak in Orlando
