All you can eat lobster in vegas and caviar
Looking for all you can eat lobster meal. Found the sterling brunch but $99. Is there anyplace a little more reasonable? Also looking to try some caviar. Where can I go for a few samples that won't break the bank

Caviar is inherently expensive. I don't think you're going to find any deals there. I'm not even sure I'd go for "cheap" caviar.
And all you can eat lobster gets really old believe it or not. Lobster in moderation is the only way to go

You're not going to find decent lobster in a city that's 2000 miles from Maine, except at high-end restaurants that have it shipped in every couple of days.
Crab legs are more common at Vegas buffets.
The M Resort, a short drive from your South Point hotel, has a seafood buffet on weekends for about $40, beer & wine included. I think you can add a lobster tail for $10 but I haven't heard how good the lobster is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sh3PHxilWD8

Which brings up a second point, the lobster you may be able to get in a Vegas all-you-can-eat place could be Pacific lobster or Caribbean lobster. Each is inferior (from a consumer's standpoint) to Atlantic (Maine) lobster.

What kind of caviar are you expecting to find? You might find American paddlefish or hackeback, or some kind of hybrid from Korea, not the Iranian stuff of the days of old.
And I bet for that price you will be eating previously frozen lobster tails, not live Maine lobster.

I had some pretty good caviar at reasonable prices in 2006, but I was in Ukraine. No way would I look for it in Vegas. And IIRC the book "Real Food, Fake Food" (recommended) was pretty scathing about much of what is sold as lobster.
This does remind me of a Portuguese restaurant (in Raleigh, NC) many years ago that had lobster on the all you can eat buffet. Even though all parts of the lobster had to disappear before more came out, it didn't last very long.
