We are looking for a nice all inclusive resort that accommodates teenagers and has lots of activities. We are not interested in a Beaches resort but are more interested in something more low key but nice accommodations.

Repost this question on the Caribbean Forum. It would be helpful to include info on when you plan to travel, where you are traveling from and your budget for airfare and accommodations. Also list what type of activities you and those in your party like to do and what type of island experience you are seeking. It will help others steer you in the right direction.
Also, on the Caribbean Forum use the search feature to bring up recent threads about "All inclusives" and you'll find tons of information. Look for responses from the contributor with the screen name "KVR" - she's the Fodor's "resident expert" on All Inclusives and give great advice.
Good luck in your search.
