airports driveable to Branson? No more then 4 hrs please ; )
Hello, I'm thinking about going to Branson next summer, but Holy Moly the air fare is a lot of $. Springfield airport is the closest to Branson but expensive. Any suggestions? Should i drive from St. Louis, Arkansas? Thank you.

I live in LR and the drive to Branson is approx 4 hours. St Louis is 6 hrs to LR so probably about 4 to Branson. If you're looking for milage to compare, why don't you check mapquest. Not sure where you're coming from

It's estimated 3 hours 52 minutes from Kansas City International (MCI) to Branson.
It's estimated 3 hours 55 minutes from St. Louis Lambert Field to Branson.
It's likely that you will connect through one of those airports anyway if you are flying to Springfield.

What about Northwest Regional Arkansas Airport (Bentonville) XNA, to the home of Wal-Mart. You should check out how far it is from Branson. There are lots of nonstop flights going there now because of Wal-Mart.
