We have 4 adults and 2 children (one in carseat and one in booster) traveling in early April to and from the Indy airport--w/6 peopple, our luggage and stroller, we do not feel confident that we will all fit in one vehicle. I am going to look at cost of parking two cars for 7 days but someone suggested that the limo services to and from airport may not be as pricey as we think. We are memebers of AAA Plus and have 2 government employees in our group--does anyone recommend any limo/transport services that will not break the bank and/or take honor AAA/govt discounts? Thanks in advance for suggestions.
Affordable reliable car service to Indianapolis airport?

Carey is the main limo service provider at the Indy airport. You can check their website for prices which seem to be in the $60-$75 range for six one-way to downtown. I've used them a few times with company events. They've been fine.

Are you going downtown? If so parking there is $5 a night in outer flat lots to $20+ a night in central parking garages. Also the Indygo bus runs from the airport to downtown. It lets you off a block north of Monument Circle. $1.50 a head; kids under 5 ride free.

You could split it up -- the two or three strongest guys pack the rental car with luggage and drive to the destination, and everybody else takes the limo or bus. Then you'd only have to pay to park one car during the week.
