There is a Hawaiian store in Japan-town, they sell dresses - that's all I know from passing by.
sad to say the two Hawaiian cafes (Kaleo and Eva's) have closed. Kaleo had lovely hula shows.
Hukilau was closed by the health dept and was not very good anyway.

Most everything else seems to be faux Hawaiian.
Several years ago, I went to the Lakes District in England. I left them my slack key guitar music to listen to for the day.
When I got back that evening, everyone was very relaxed and mellow. The folks there didn't know the music existed and wanted to know where to get more.
