5 nights in Seattle Itinerary, Bainbridge Island worth the time?

Jump to last reply

Hello, I am working on an Itinerary for our trip to Seattle in late May. This is our 2nd trip to Seattle. First trip we were only there 3 nights but we exhausted the downtown/Pike Market and Pioneer Square area. This time we are staying in upper Queen Anne.

Wondering about 2 specific points...

A few people recommended taking the ferry to Bainbridge Island and I'm wondering if it's worth the time or is it overly touristy? We will have a 2.5 year old with us. We'd consider it worth doing even if just the ferry ride alone is worth it?

We never did the underground tour of the city, worth it or tourist trap? I thinking of sending my husband and his cousin and I could stay with our DD.

So far I know we'd like to see the aquarium, Seattle Center/children's museum, Discovery Park, and explore Capitol Hill and International District. Really all I want to do is eat fresh seafood and drink greal coffee, neither of which we can do at home!!!

Thanks for any input I appreciate it!!!
