15 days. How would you divide your time?

I have a 20th anniversary coming up June 7, 2004 I've already been to oahu and the Big island.(rained out in 1996, 100 year floods they called it) Thinking of Kauai, Big island(try again) and maybe Maui. What order would you go and how many days each.
Thanks for your opinions.

Depending upon what your interests are I would spend more time on Kauai and do it last. Maui first for 6 days and then Kauai for the rest.

Definitely give the BI another try. I'd suggest the following:

1. BI (8 days) 5-6 nights on Kohala Coast (Mauni Lani, Hapuna Prince, etc) and 1-2 nights on the other side of island (1 night Hilo & 1 night Volcano Park area)

2. The rest I'd spend on Kauai

3. I used to live in HI and these are my 2 favorite islands

Maui has more to see and do. I'd spend half of the time on Maui sightseeing and stuff, then the other half on Kauai relaxing on a great beach. (Those are my 2 favorite islands)

I have only had the opportunity to visit the Big Island, and the Kohala Coast is absolutely beautiful. I stayed at the Mauna Lani and was impressed with the service, rooms, and the beach. It is a resot so it therefore will be isolated. If you want some nightlife, just go down the road to Kona.

Thanks for your opions I think Big Island & Kauai is a good idea. I've heard Maui is expensive and touristy. I enjoy a laid back attitude on vacation, with lots of hiking snorkeling, scuba, anything outdoors during the day and sitting back and chilling out at night. Commercial tours are not my bag and neither are maddening crowds. I quit going to Cozumel because the cruiselines have ruined to quaint atmosphere. If I'm wrong about Maui correct me please.
