two 30/29 female looking for a summer trip

Hello, My friend and I are looking to go away this summer, but we do not know where- we have about 10 days.... I do not want to go somewhere that is "winter" and because we live in NYC, going to the Caribbean might be silly as its still summer--- any suggestions?
