Trip interuption insurance

My wife and I are taking a cruise of the Greek isles in Nov.[14th thru Dec 2] Flying to Cairo from Atlanta and flying home from Rome. Can anyone tell me the best trip interuption insurance to purchase? I have had quotes from $388[TravelX] and up. Is there blanket policy that is simple and all inclusive? Thanks dap1206
