Trip Idea To A Relaxing Location With Beach in Mid-June

Jump to last reply

Well...It was going to be...and still might be Bali, as a destination for two friends as a celebration after a very hard few years completing a Masters Degree. But the flights to Bali from SFO are so darn expensive, that it might be worth looking into other locations. Mexico seems too hot and no to Hawaii. Any other suggestions for a several week stay near a nice beach in a foreign country? These two are very low maintenance, by the hotels or hostels, etc.

As a side note....I am thinking that since Bali is so inexpensive to be at once you get there, that the high cost of the flight might very well be offset by the potentially cheap cost of living. Thanks for any suggestions!
